Meet the Therapists

Two therapists, one shared belief: therapy should feel meaningful, playful, and built around your family's real life.

Dr. Sara Green

Sara was born and raised on the North Shore of Chicago. She is passionate about helping families thrive in their day to day lives. She went to the University of Pittsburgh for both undergraduate and graduate school, where she earned her clinical doctorate in Occupational Therapy. She's worked with people across the lifespan — from older adults to young children — but she's found her true passion in pediatrics.

Her approach is creative and playful, focused on what truly motivates each child and what matters most to their family. She believes therapy should feel meaningful, engaging, and built around real-life goals. She sees herself as a teammate for families — here to support autonomy, build confidence, and help everyone feel empowered along the way.

Outside of work, you can find Sara cooking with her husband for friends and family, exploring a new walk around the city with their puppy Oakland, or playing with her nephews!

Dr. Kimberly Frank

A cartoon green hippopotamus with a big smile and small legs, stylized and simplified.

Kim is a licensed pediatric occupational therapist with a passion for helping children build confidence, independence, and joy through meaningful, play-based interventions. She attended The Ohio State University for undergraduate and stayed to get her doctorate in occupational therapy. She has years of experience working in clinics, schools, and home-based settings.

She believes in a strengths-based, child-led approach and loves collaborating closely with families, educators, and other professionals to create supportive environments that help each child thrive. Her sessions often include movement, play, laughter, and lots of creativity — because therapy should be as fun as it is functional!

Outside of work, you'll find Kim trying out new restaurants around Chicago, hunting for the city's best coffee shops, or spending quality time with friends and family.
