Feeding
We support children who experience challenges with eating, whether it’s picky eating, difficulty with textures, or oral motor delays. Using a sensory-based and child-led approach, we work to create positive mealtime experiences, helping kids build the skills and confidence needed for safe, nourishing, and enjoyable feeding routines!
Fine Motor/Gross Motor/Visual Motor
From holding a pencil to climbing at the playground, motor skills lay the foundation for everyday activities. We support fine motor (grasping, writing, buttoning), gross motor (balance, strength, coordination), and visual motor skills (eye-hand tasks like drawing and catching) to help kids move, play, and participate with confidence.
Sensory Processing
Many children struggle to make sense of the sensory information around them, which can impact behavior, learning, and participation in daily activities. We help children regulate their responses to sensory input - such as sound, touch, movement and visual stimuli - through individualized strategies that support calm, focused, and meaningful engagement in their environment.
Executive Function
Executive function skills are critical for managing everyday tasks like following directions, organizing materials, and transitioning between activities. We help children strengthen skills such as attention, working memory, planning, and self-monitoring, enabling greater success at home, in school, and during play.
Self-Care/Toilet Training
Mastering daily routines like dressing, grooming, and toileting is a big step towards independence. We break these skills down into manageable steps, using visual supports, motor planning strategies, and sensory considerations to help each child feel more successful and confidence in their self-care routines!
Emotional Regulation
Understanding and managing emotions is essential for building resilience and positive relationships. Through play-based activities and co-regulation strategies, we support children in recognizing feelings, developing coping tools, and responding to big emotions in healthy, adaptive ways.
